I am EXTREMELY thankful this quaint coffee shop is in my work hometown.
High quality coffee with an awesome small town vibe in a beautiful old building. The people here are also some of the nicest you'll ever meet. The dark chocolate cold brew is strong, but my absolutely favorite coffee drink ever.
You want good coffee? Go somewhere else. You want effing the best coffee this side of the hemisphere? YOU GO HERE. Also, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. I love this place.
An extremely friendly staff and awesome roasts add to the experience here, as well as the available artwork that adorn the walls.
I really liked the sipping the regular coffee, sitting in the window, watching people mill about on Mill St. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I remember the edible options being very limited, so I opted for a slice of thick cut wholegrain toast with hummus spread ontop, which was surprisingly delightful!
My only critique is that the lounge area didn't seem quite sure of what it wanted to be. I wish it were a tad more comfortable for small groups or students but I realize space is limited. Calm Waters is a nice cafe over all, and the point of the place; coffee, is on-point!
Great small establishment ..... awesome place to hangout..... great coffee..... tried their new peppermint mocha and was good.... great customer service.... staff very helpful ...... must visit
