We celebrated my son's first birthday in the St James Parish center over the weekend and it was perfect!
If I could give it zero stars, I would. The congregation is lukewarm at that and they let their bossy priest who has NO business being in pastoral services walk all over them. The priest herself is very cold and has ZERO personality. And God forbid if you show pride in working for an orginzation outside of Bristol because she will RIP YOUR HEAD OFF AND NOT ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGY! She also picks favorites WHICH NO CLERGY SHOULD NOT DO and provided ZERO guidance for converts. I left for this reason and I'm happier where I am now where they treat EVERYONE WITH RESPECT. The Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania needs to go in and clean that place up.
I had planned for an outdoor event, but when the forecast looked gloomy, I desperately needed to find an indoor venue for 65+ people! I called everywhere with no luck, as most places were booked, and then I came upon St James Parish hall...I contacted them and received a reply back quickly that they had availability. Denise was so tremendously kind to meet me that day and finalize the details. Everyone at the party knew my find was last minute and said it was "meant to be" because it was the perfect spot! They have a full kitchen clean facility and so much charm in that hall. The price right and worth every penny! Thank you Denise and St James! Hope to see you again!
