The waiting time to be seen by a Dr. has gotten faster (probably because less and less of the community use this hospital anymore).
They treat patients in an immoral, unethical, and unprofessional manner. I've seen patients yelled at, mistreated, and given the wrong medications. The nurses that seem to care are at the bottom of the corporate ladder, and the majority of the head nurses are rude and unethical. They assume you're talking nonsense, seeing as you're at their facility, and treat you like a handicapped child by insulting your intelligence. It's a horrible hospital, and I would never recommend it. I contacted multiple attorneys, but they've all stated the same thing - that hospital is extremely corrupt, but winning in court is almost impossible against them. Sadly, I believe them, so I hope that others will read this prior to putting their loved ones, or themselves, through an unprofessional hell. The manager that I spoke to looked like "the penguin," from Batman, with Danny Devito. He was nasty, just like him, and threatened to call the police when I said that he is unprofessional and needs to be more proactive in helping patients. He had me escorted away by security, as the security guard cursed at me and pushed me. I would've pursued more action, but was dealing with the loss of my uncle when I was a patient. It was a painful time, but I feel that my uncle would have wanted me to move on a bit - if not completely. They don't even write back because they know it's true, and don't care about their reputation anymore.
I wish I could leave negative stars for all the people who actually think this hospital should even still be standing. For 20 years I have occasionally visited the ER and the service is exceptionally HORRIFIC.
I took someone there and they were very professional, did everything by the book. I'm very satisfied with emergency room staff and service. They are saving lives and for that i am truly grateful!
If you're honest about your drug HISTORY you are treated like a drug addict and left in immense pain even though your cause for medication is valid.
I once visited someone dear to me in the trauma center. Two giant binders with his name on it were left on a counter unattended for ten minutes until i interrupted the staff. Your personal information is not even safe there.
I hope this at least saves one person from experiencing the treatment I have received.

The people working here are extremely judgmental and ignorant to true medical treatment. I refused to deliver my baby there.
They poke you with needles over and over again missing the veins leaving bruises because they're either sadistic or lacking in education/skill.
Oh, and it costs about $2,000 for one IV of saline solution after 4-5 hours of waiting to see a Dr. who then tells you he can do nothing else.

Yes I went in for a major tooth ache that caused me to have a temp of 101 do to the pain and the doc or whatever he was cause he didn't look like a doctor came in folded his arms and said I'm not a dentist what do you want me to do . Then my mother who drove me Cause I was in to much pain asked him for antibiotics and pain pills . Which mostly I wanted the antibiotics to kill the infection. He cracked a smiled when she did that walked out the room and all his way out said I'll get you your pain pills . Like I was a drug addict asking him for a fix like really ? I'd go to the hospital go through all this just for maybe a vike 5 cause that's all there giving you if they give you anything like that mostly is Motrin and amoxicillin . Which I fully expected to get cause really it's ibuprofen and something to kill an infection . But when he comes back he was only gonna give me pain meds which at that point I freaked out cause I needed the amoxicillin to kill the infection . He later brought me amoxicillin and prescribed me the joke of a pain reliever tramadol which Motrin 600 work better and less addicting . Super unprofessional and very lacking in human compassion . Front desk and check in were nice but once you get to the back it's almost like they look at you with a idea there appove you cause your the patient and there the doctor . But no sorry it should be the other way around if a patient is in so much pain he's hitting a 101 and the right side of his face is red like someone hit him in it and if he can't open his mouth do to the pain and he can't eat or sleep I think that's a medical emergency and should be treated as such but not in this hospital you'll be looked at like a junkie that can't stop using and got messed up teeth . But do they account for the people that had a unlucky up bringing and didn't have alot of luxurys and moved alot and didn't have insurance for a good long time do to no fault of your own being only 15 or that wisdom teeth sometimes grow in and hurt the healty teeth in your mouth .? Just don't go here if you have the choice
