IF your "Emergency" benefits or any other source fails to arrive when promised and you try and try to reach the office(r)s by phone - and keep getting thrown into a recycled recording about tax forms...ffs!
I was directed from the social security office to here for general information regarding my mother's Medicare benefits. The person on the phone would not take the time for me to get my point across. She kept speaking over me. After her five minute rant on nonsense, she realized all i wanted was for her to mail me an application for a program. She later changed her tune and was professional but oh boy the listening skills were not there.
Try dialing the last 4 numbers as a crap shoot; like 215-781-3312 and you will reach a helpful Human! or try 215-781-32__
Getting through to someone on the phone is a challenge, your better off mailing a note, seriously, I mail notes with whatever I'm sending. But they will follow up & call you! And so far the staff has been pleasant & helpful with changing counties.
