I have had nothing short of great experiences dealing with Lykon Automotive. The owner is a great guy and the staff is wonderful. My husband and I have both brought our vehicles here. Most recently my husband was involved in an accident which left his car totaled and Lykon was really fantastic in making the whole process as smooth as possible with not only our totaled car but dealing with the insurance company. They even had a rental car that we were able to use until we got something else figured out. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
I dropped my car off for inspection. Frequent, friendly communication, and great price. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours. I plan to use them for all my future needs. Highly recommended.
I have been bringing my car to Lykon Auto for almost 20 years. I always leave the shop feeling like I have received the highest level of customer service. The staff is friendly and excellent at taking time to explain what service my car needed and why. I was able to drive my last vehicle to over 250,000 miles and fully attribute it to Lykon auto. They helped me keep that car running well. I plan to drive the car I have now that long and believe I will be able to because of Lykon Auto. I would highly recommend them.
They were superb in multiple areas. Friendly and knowledgeable driver, highly service oriented and definitely lightened what would’ve been a high cost towing and repair experience. Dennis, the towing manager, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend these guys if you’re in need of towing!
Definitely the best mechanic places in Bucks Co! Some of the best customer service I've ever had! Bridget and Gerard were absolutely awesome with helping me with my Jeep. My engine died and I was devastated. My jeep is my baby! They we're able to help find me another engine and made sure she was up and running fine! Thanks for all your help guys!
