Screw this place. They stole my car. The fat bald headed oaf hooked my car up without any consent I told him I had my mechanic/body shop of 10yrs coming and he said so what. Before he even hooked it up my guy was there and refused unhook it. The worst part is my car was driveable!!!! BEWARE
Company has been using Rob's for years. Needed a truck pulled out of mud around 3:30 today and pulled about 10 feet. I hired Rob's as I always have. After the job I found out they charged me $425 for this. It literally took 2 minutes. They are saying it was after-hours. What a joke, being greedy, they just lost a customer they had for years!
I had some trouble here getting information and 5 business days my car sat waiting until I had it picked up by another shop. The price from Rob's $4,700. The price from the other shop: $2,600. And that actually includes a longer warranty too. They're friendly, but I wouldn't recommend if time and money are a concern, which for me it definitely is.
We took my wife's car here after an accident. Took much longer than it was meant to. When It was returned it was obvious the work was sub standard. There were wires hanging out of her overhead console. A giant scratch in her dash from being removed. Another chip out of her steering wheel. The lights on the dash didn't light up. We made them take it back. After two times of it going back it was still returned without the dash lights working. We took it to the dealer. Robs collision hadn't plugged it in. This place is a joke and no one should trust the safety of any family member with them. They had replaced all the airbags in my wife's car and couldn't figure out why the dash wouldn't light up and it was because they didn't plug it in? What does that say for the quality of the work that was done? What does that say for the reliability of the repair on her air bags? Don't go here.
