Not bad. Check all vehicle or trailer for any damage and check your trailer wire harness. Cause god forbid it is returned damaged you better get the insurance !
This company is a bunch of crooks. Not only do they scam you on the insurance, they rip you off on the cost of the damaged. They deserve to go out of business and be replaced by a company with fair and comprehensive pricing. As well as apps that don’t mess up my order.

Not only did they remove my insurance, and left me liable for $1000 of damage (for a $200 corner pillar plastic snap in part), the whole check in process was sloppy and I had to go in store to pick up the keys anyway. And the license plate of the van they told me to look for was wrong. Whats the point of mobile checkin if it doesn’t replace going in the store and waiting in line.

I’m never renting from this location, or any other UHAUL. I made my original reservation for a van online, and of courses I checked off the damage waiver like I always do on a rental car. I made the mistake of using their new mobile checkin, which ended up clearing my preference for the damage waiver. I did not realize this until the next day when I bumped a corner on a fire hydrant, and called to check why my insurance wasn’t on. I called this branch manager, and he confirmed that I did initially have the SafeMove insurance, but that it was cleared at the time of check in when I used their app.
